of an undergraduate student life

Currently I was into my two months of degree life since I registered on last September. Everything has been hectic since day 1. But my schedule is a lot better than my foundation year except for a co-curricular activity on Saturday which I loathed so much. I chose Aerobic class which I thought will be the easiest since I do not need to break in sweat under the blazing sun. I was right except my joints and muscles are all sore after three hours of aerobic dance. But I'll just consider it as my weekly workout since I barely exercise because you know. lazy bum. I didn't know it will be hard since we need to memorize steps and how to count a beat in a song. Anyhow, it was fun since I have an amazing coach and bubbly groupmates.
So, I have been struggling with two faculty core subjects these past few weeks. I took Calculus and Programming Principles. Both are like hell to me. But thank God I have a nice lecturers. It was easier to digest everything but my habit of dozing off in class just couldn't be helped. I tried to keep awake but sometimes I just gave up and put my head on the table then sleep. Since Programming class was in a computer lab, my lecturer can't tell if I was asleep since the computer was doing a great job on blocking the view. But I tried to focus as long as I can. When my eyes gave up I just can't do anything.
By the way, I got an A for my first midterm along with the quizzes and lab marks. And I was the only one in my section to get a full mark for quizzes. I was so shocked and happy at the same time! It's a motivation to work harder for second midterm and final. Pray for me!
But calculus though. It was kind of disappointing. I couldn't perform well in midterm and quizzes. I felt kind of lost every time I got a question. This Monday the first calculus midterm result will be out. I'll just hope I won't fail. I should do more calculus exercises and most important is to revise constantly! I kept on getting out of the way. There were just so much distraction these day. Sigh.
